Chair covers are especially useful when a venue has mixed chair styles or when you’d like to hide scuffs and wear for a more refined look. Whether you’re styling a wedding breakfast, ceremony seating, party tables or a corporate event, chair covers create the perfect base to build on with colour and texture.
To help you choose the right option, it’s worth checking your chair type with the venue in advance (banquet, folding, chiavari, cross-back, etc.). If you’re unsure, send us a quick photo, and we can advise on fit, quantities and the best style to suit your setup. You can then complete the look with chair sashes for hire and softer styling touches, such as chair drapes for weddings, depending on the atmosphere you want to create.
Chair covers should sit smoothly and securely so they look tidy throughout your event. Most covers are designed for standard banquet chairs, while stretch/spandex options offer a snug, tailored finish. If you can provide your venue chair style (or a photo and approximate measurements), we can recommend the most suitable fit and advise on quantities for your guest seating.

Delivery and collection can be arranged across Yorkshire (additional costs apply), with set-up options available if you’d like everything dressed neatly and consistently. If your venue is outside Yorkshire, contact us first, and we’ll confirm travel availability and any delivery charges before you book.
