Our rustic table plan features natural wooden planks with horizontal twine and small pegs for attaching individual table cards. The board provides a traditional way to display guest seating arrangements at rustic weddings, barn receptions and other celebrations.
The £30 hire price includes the wooden board only. Printed table cards and the supporting easel are not included. Customers can prepare their own wedding table plan or event seating arrangements and attach the cards to the board.
For those requiring a separate display stand, a rustic wooden easel can be hired separately.
- **White Framed Seating Plan Board – From £190**
Our white framed wedding seating chart board features a decorative frame with individual printed cards showing guest names and their allocated tables. This personalised display provides a clear, organised way to present seating arrangements at wedding receptions, corporate dinners, and formal celebrations.
The £190 package includes the white framed board, personalised printed table cards and one display plinth. This price covers seating arrangements for up to 150 guests.
For events with more than 150 guests, the price may vary depending on the total number of guests.

Both designs can be used as wedding seating plans or table plan displays for corporate events, charity balls, awards evenings, birthday celebrations and other occasions where guests are assigned to specific tables.
The boards can be positioned near the entrance to the dining area, giving guests an opportunity to check their table allocations before taking their seats. Whether you prefer a rustic wooden seating plan or a personalised white-framed display, each option provides a practical way to organise and present guest information.
